Payment
Invoices are due as stated on the invoice or service agreement. Past-due balances may accrue interest and collection costs as permitted by Texas law. Where applicable, we may file and enforce mechanic's and materialmen's liens to secure payment.

We warrant that our work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with applicable IICRC standards. EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS WARRANTIES IN A SIGNED SERVICE AGREEMENT, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions discovered during work, conditions disclosed and acknowledged before work began, or losses caused by third parties or acts of nature occurring after we leave the site.
